Why nothing you've tried has worked
Strips, sprays, pillows, tape, the chin strap off Amazon. Almost all of it targets your nose.
Snoring doesn't start in your nose. It starts when your jaw slides back as you fall asleep, leaving the tissue at the back of your throat loose enough to flutter.
Nothing you stick to your face changes that.
A mouthpiece does. It holds the lower jaw slightly forward so that tissue stays taut — which isn't controversial, it's what dentists charge four figures for.
So why do the cheap ones fail?
Because how far forward your jaw needs to go is different in every mouth, and almost every device picks one distance at the factory.
Too little and nothing changes. Too much and you wake up sore.
You can't tell which you got until you've paid — and you can't fix it if it's wrong.

How It Works
About your teeth
Used as directed, this shouldn't change your bite.
Bite changes come from holding the jaw too far forward for too long — which is exactly what a fixed-position mouthpiece does when its one setting is more than your jaw needs.
Yours starts at zero and moves a millimeter at a time, so you stay at the lowest setting that works rather than the highest you can stand.
If your bite ever feels off in the morning, come down a millimeter.
And mention it to your dentist at your next check-up — like any appliance you wear nightly.
The four other doors.
The earplugs, the white noise machine, the two pillows, the strips and the tape probably cost more than this added up — and none of them touched the cause.
100 nights. Starting the night you first wear it.
Most guarantees in this category start counting the day the box arrives.
So if you're travelling when it lands, or you don't get to the fitting for two weeks, or you spend ten nights adjusting — that's your trial, spent on a parcel.
People find that out at the moment they try to return. Which is the worst possible time.
Yours starts when you activate it — one click from the card in the box.
Never get around to it? It starts automatically a week after delivery, so nobody loses out by forgetting.
Why we can do this: people give up on these in the first two weeks, before they've found their setting. A 30-night clock forces you to decide during exactly the period when the answer isn't in yet.

FAQ
Will it hurt my jaw?
Will it hurt my jaw?
It can if you set it too far forward — which is why it starts at zero. Some soreness in the first mornings is common and settles. If it hasn't gone within an hour of waking, come down a millimeter. If it persists after that, stop and see your dentist.

Just do it again. Drop it back in hot water, the material softens, and you take a fresh impression — a bad first attempt doesn't cost you the device. You can remold up to [X] times before it stops holding fine detail. Use them all and still can't get a fit? Tell us and we'll send a new shell free.
Will it fall out?
Will it fall out?
That's what the hinge is for. A rigid one-piece device loses its grip when your jaw drops open in your sleep — which yours does, whether you know it or not. The hinge lets the jaw move while the forward position holds.
Will I drool?
Will I drool?
Probably, for the first few nights. Extra saliva is one of the most common early effects with any mouthpiece and it usually settles within a week or two. A towel over the pillow for the first few nights is normal.
Can I use it with crowns, implants, dentures or braces?
Can I use it with crowns, implants, dentures or braces?
Crowns are usually fine. Recent implants, dentures, partials and braces are not, and neither is advanced gum disease or a diagnosed TMJ disorder. Read the full contraindications before ordering.
How do I clean it, and how long does it last?
How do I clean it, and how long does it last?
Rinse in the morning and brush with a soft toothbrush — no toothpaste, it scratches. It comes apart, which makes that much easier. Plan on replacing it every 6–12 months depending on whether you grind.
